Hey all, Joe James here for another blog, yes, it’s that time of the week again where I try to impart some knowledge but will probably end up rambling in my video again.

So, I have just come off a lovely discovery call with a potential client. I love meeting people and this client was no exception, it was lovely to see someone so passionate about their business and being able to provide solid and useful advice to them always feels good.

What struck me from the meeting, which was scheduled for one hour but was more like one and half hours – which of course we don’t mind at all  – is that it is more important to achieve the goals rather than be rigid to time. What struck me from the meeting was that we are often speaking to successful business owners and directors who are very busy and are trying the best they can for their online presence.

Having the time..

Business owners or directors will spend most of their time working for their clients and administering their services or indeed selling and shipping products, they rarely have time to devote the time it needs to create and maintain an online presence.

It is ok not to be an expert in everything, not to have time to devote to everything you need to do and often online marketing suffers.  It is time to assess this, as an online business presence is no longer a side-line. Your website is no longer just a place you send people to show you are credible, IT IS your future sales platform. It is your customer service centre, it is your information hub, and it is where you showcase who you are and what your business is about.

Do you know how many times I have heard ‘I write my blogs myself but rarely have time’ or ‘I built my website myself, but I could be better or ‘I have done a bit of SEO on the site but I am not sure it’s working’ and so on. As we have said many times in customer meetings, I don’t do my own MOT, or accounts, or legal stuff. I/we ask a dedicated professional to do that for us because it is more efficient, and they will do a better job than we ever could.

Outcourcing your online

Why not lets us guide you online, let us do the work that means you go from things being ‘ok’ to everything working well and having a cohesive content and marketing strategy? Your brand online is so important to you, and you are nearly there most of the time, but because of time and resource constraints, your online presence just doesn’t have the gilt edge, the ‘Je ne sais quoi’ that takes your site from being a part of many to standing out and really working for you. The question is, do you want your online presence to reflect who you are? To work well for you as a sales platform? To impart knowledge and information with your voice and the way you want it? To speak to your customer’s needs, questions and wants?

Simply put, I have no doubt you are nearly there, let us take you to the next level. Let us show you how your online brand could do so much more for you, contact us today for an informal chat and let’s see if we can work together.
